The Careers & Business Relation team is pleased to announce that a Fashion and Design Career Coach will now be based at the Marylebone Campus on the second floor, every Wednesday. This service will also be available to students at the Park Campus who aspire to work in the fashion and design industry.

Jo Eaton has over 14 years of experience in the fashion industry and will be working with students and graduates providing a range of services.

The Fashion industry has a long standing reputation for being extremely hard to get into with highly demanding employers and huge competition for every job!

What can we offer?

Over the Autumn Semester, students will have access to the following services:

  • One-to-one consultations to help you make an informed career choice, perfect your CV and written applications, as well as confidently approach interviews.
  • Advice on tailoring a design portfolio to a specific employer and sourcing internships.
  • Advice on building a professional network to access the hidden job market and learn more about the Fashion and Design Industries.
  • Workshops to include: Growing your Fashion Industry Network, Securing Internships and Placements in the Fashion and Design Industries and Successful Applications.
