About Mahbub Ali

Mahbub graduated from City University London in 2011 with a BSc (Hons) in Mathematical Science and went on to do an MSc in Global Banking and Finance at European Business School within Regent’s University London. After his MSc, he went straight into contracting for a CAPCO-led project at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for 4 months before working internally for CAPCO in their UK Finance and Operations team as their UK resource manager. In this role, he overlooked the resourcing of 300+ consultants for 20+ clients in the London firm helping define, change and improve the running of the resourcing process in the UK and moved onto implementing this process globally. In late 2014, Mahbub moved into management consulting for CAPCO and started the Associate Talent Programme, which is the entry level consulting programme that CAPCO offers for Graduates and people moving away from Industry.
